From overgrown to build-ready
A pool. An addition. A new garage, a bigger yard, a building lot that's all briars and volunteer trees. Whatever you're planning, the first step is the same: the growth has to go. Properly, roots and all, not just knocked down.
NJ Roots clears small lots, overgrown yards, brush, and trees across Monmouth and Ocean County, for homeowners and contractors alike. We work clean and leave you a site that's actually ready for what's next.

Land Clearing, answered
Honest answers to what people ask before booking this service.
Do you clear lots for new construction?
Yes. Small lots and building sites are a regular part of our work, for both homeowners and contractors. We'll walk the site with you and quote the full scope.
Do I need permits to clear trees on my property?
It depends on your town. Some Monmouth and Ocean County municipalities regulate tree removal beyond a certain size or number. We're familiar with local rules and will flag anything your project is likely to need.
What happens to all the debris?
We chip and haul everything as part of the job. The site is left clean and ready, not piled with brush.
